For over 25 years, we have been passionately sharing the wild wonders of Corsica’s west coast, between the Gulfs of Porto and Girolata. Each outing is a new opportunity for us to introduce you to the hidden treasures of this unspoiled region: the majestic calanques of Piana, the mysterious Scandola Reserve, and the charming village of Girolata, accessible only by sea or on foot.
Behind this adventure is Jean-Baptiste Rostini, founder of the company and captain of the Mare Nostrum II. A pioneer in local maritime excursions, he embodies authenticity, respect for nature, and love for his region. Aboard his boat, he shares with you, with simplicity and passion, the history, legends, and unique features of these UNESCO World Heritage sites.
Since 1998, our philosophy has remained the same: to offer a unique, intimate, and high-quality experience, far removed from mass tourism. That’s why our boats are deliberately small. Not only do they allow for close encounters with inaccessible cliffs, caves, and coves, but they also create a genuine connection with passengers in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
